What this site is

This site describes registry software for Designated National Authorities and the people who work with them. It is information about a product, not legal, regulatory or financial advice. Descriptions of the Paris Agreement, Article 6 and related decisions summarise how the software supports them; the decisions themselves are the authority.

Illustrative demo and test playground

• The demo registry at demo.arc-ncr.com and the test playground at test.arc-ncr.com are illustrations. They run on fictional data for an imaginary Country X.
• Nothing recorded in them is a real carbon unit, authorisation, adjustment, payment or approval, and nothing there has legal effect.
• The test playground is reset every day and may change or be unavailable without notice. Do not enter real personal data, real project information or real payment details.

Features and availability

Connections to outside systems, including the UNFCCC international registry and the Climate Action Data Trust, depend on access granted by those bodies to each country.

Names and marks

Names of the UNFCCC, the Climate Action Data Trust and other bodies are used only to describe interoperability. Their use does not imply endorsement.
